We are proud to announce the success of Deepu Kumar, a Class IX student from Salwan Boys Sr. Sec. School, who participated in the National Youth Climbing Competition held in Bangalore. The event was organized by the Indian Mountaineering Foundation (IMF) from 10th August to 11th August 2024.

This prestigious competition attracted participants from several states, including Maharashtra, Karnataka, West Bengal, Jharkhand, Jammu & Kashmir, Punjab, and Haryana.

Deepu Kumar competed in the Youth B category (under 16) for Speed Climbing, where he displayed exceptional determination and skill. His hard work paid off as he secured Second place and proudly won the Silver medal. His performance in such a competitive environment was truly remarkable.
