Three teachers from our school attended a transformative teacher training program conducted by Heartfulness Kanha on 8th May 2024 at Salwan Public School, Tronica City. The program, titled HELP (Heartfulness Experience of Life’s Potential), aimed to empower teachers to implement this innovative program in their schools for Class XI and XII students.
The comprehensive training program was expertly facilitated by the Heartfulness Kanha team, who shared valuable insights and practical techniques to integrate Heartfulness practices into the school’s curriculum. The program focused on enabling teachers to nurture students’ emotional and mental well-being, unlocking their full potential.
The key takeaways of the program were:

- Practical techniques for teaching Heartfulness practices, such as meditation and relaxation
- Strategies for creating a supportive environment for students’ emotional growth

The training program was a resounding success, equipping our teachers with the necessary skills and confidence to make a positive impact on our students’ lives. We are grateful to Heartfulness Kanha for this opportunity and look forward to witnessing the transformative power of HELP in our school.
