On 13 November 2024, Salwan Boys Sr. Sec. School organized an excursion for classes VII to IX to Joygaon, a rural-themed amusement park in Jhajjar, Haryana. Around 200 students, accompanied by their teachers, spent a day full of fun and excitement.
The students were thrilled as they boarded the bus, singing songs and playing games during the journey. Upon arrival, they enjoyed a delicious traditional breakfast before diving into activities like tug of war, volleyball, zip-lining, and camel rides.
The cultural activities, including pottery-making and folk dance performances, fascinated everyone. Many students eagerly tried crafting pots themselves. Recreational games like swimming and trampoline jumping kept the energy high.
The students enjoyed the day. It was a refreshing experience for them to bond, relax, and experience the charm of rural life.
