The Combined Annual Training Camp – 1 (CATC-1) of National Cadet Corps was held at Cariappa Parade Ground, Delhi Cantt from 6th to 15th May 2024. A total of 38 NCC cadets from our Salwan Boys Sr Sec School attended the camp. The cadets were imparted training in physical fitness, weapon handling, survival techniques as well as navigation through different terrains. The camp activities also included cultural activities like drawing, declamation, debates and extempore speeches. Cadets participated in drill competition and were awarded certificates for their exceptional performances. In addition to putting the cadets through a tough regimen of military training, the camp also gave them a platform to showcase their talents in various activities. Overall, it was a successful and enriching experience for all the participants.
